Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Will bring you flexibility, strength and balance. It is a faster paced yoga that links the poses together. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale. You will relax your mind as you improve your body.

Yin Yoga

Postures are more passive postures, mainly on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Yin offers a much deeper access to the body and improves your joint health.

Parent-Child Yoga

Bring your kids to yoga! An easy basic yoga sequence that will get you and your little ones moving. We will focus on some fun breathing techniques as well as breaking down some poses. All levels friendly, however children must be able to practice the sequence.

The Rocket Series

A class designed to make you step to your edge and move. This is a fun, fast tempo class with a focus on arm balances, inversions, standing sequences, seated sequences, back bends and more! 
This class is all levels friendly as it helps build the strength needed to move closer to challenging postures.

Hatha Fusion

This class focuses on bridging the gap between strength and flexibility, movement and stillness. Eric puts a twist on traditional Hatha Yoga with emphasis on freeing the body for movement while relaxing the mind and drawing the intention inward. 

Prenatal Yoga

With an emphasis on female intuition, this 6 week series will hold space for you to tune in as you prepare for birth and motherhood. Through integrative movement and breathing techniques, you can connect to yourself, baby, and other mamas in the community. Props and modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of experience.  

Learn the Poses

In a small group setting where you will learn basic poses step by step so that you can get the most out of your Yoga Flow classes. Email for schedule.

Weekend Wind Down

Press pause to indulge in yin yoga with essential oils and gentle hands on assists. Props will be offered to enhance your experience and enable every body to take part.
